Veterans Day

Veterans Day can easily pass without many of us doing much. I regret not getting involved with my local VA hospital this year. I would like to do more for the men and women who have served and currently serve our country. I am conscious to say thank you when I see a person in uniform. I also give thanks to elderly men with hats commemorating ships or carriers, as well as Vietnam vets in vests or jackets with patches signifying divisions and places. Hopefully next year I'll have more to report than just writing my thanks.
